Long, long ago in the Persian Empire lived a ruthless King. Betrayed by a deceitful wife, he embarks on a revengeful mission to decapitate all the women in his kingdom! Upon hearing of the King's terrible plan the capable and quick-witted daughter of the Royal Vizier hatches her own plot to end the misery once and for all…

Meet the legendary Scheherazade, our beautiful and bright storyteller, and hear her stories in Far Out Theatre's brand new adaptation of The 1001 Arabian Nights . Witness tales of wonder, magic, mystery and imagination set against the colourful and aromatic backdrop of the ancient Arab World.

The show combines a fiery mixture of drama, dance,
puppetry, comedy and music, brought to you by a motley crew of the Dearne Valley 's most talented performers.
